Q. What happens if the work doesn't suit my room.
A. In the event you are not completely happy with your print, simply return to us in mint condition and we will replace for another or refund your money in full. Q. Is there a Collectors Club? A. Yes. If you go to “Contact Us”, complete the details and simply type in the message box – “Collectors Club”, we will automatically enrol you. You will then receive advanced notice of new works. Q. Is there a Gift Service? A. If your purchase is for a gift and you wish it to go direct to the recipient please let us know by phone and we will include a gift card with your personal message at no extra charge. Q. What is the delivery time? A. On receipt of order we will send you an email confirming receipt and give an indication of delivery. Our aim is to get the work to you within 7 – 10 days of receiving the order. Q. What happens if a work arrives damaged? A. We want dealing with Stephen Ashmore Gallery to be a positive and enjoyable experience so we take great care over the packaging of your purchase to avoid such distressing situations. If in the unlikely event of it arriving damaged, please notify us by email immediately and we will arrange collection of the work and the packaging. It will be replaced quickly together with our apologies. Q. How good is the finish of the canvas? A. Great care is taken in the finishing of each canvas. See for yourself! 
Q. What is the expected life of the work? A. Whether canvas or fine art paper my techniques and materials give the work a fade free life of around 200 years. However as with any work of art, you should avoid hanging it in direct sunlight and avoid the extremes of heat, cold or damp. Q. How often does the gallery launch new works? A. The aim is to create and launch new works every 3 months if at all possible (Inspiration permitting!). If you join the Collectors Club you will receive details of new works automatically. Q. Why do you not supply the prints or canvases framed? A. I am an artist, not a framer or interior designer and peoples houses and tastes differ. By supplying them unframed we leave the choice to the purchaser to select and arrange a frame that best suits the look they are trying to achieve. Although the canvases are finished in a way that allows them to be hung unframed, they may be framed in the traditional manner. Q. Can I see any of the work in galleries or other outlets? A. I am in the process of creating a small network of selected galleries and outlets around the country. Please send me an email with your location and I will be able to tell you if there is an outlet near to you. Q. Is there any investment potential in this art? A. Only time will tell. I only create original works and only produce them to the highest standards in limited numbers on the finest materials. They are selling in increasing numbers so I can only assume that people like them and hope that they will continue to do so.
